1754 House Cancellation Policy:
If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, a cancellation notice is required 48 hours in advance of your arrival date. You will be refunded your deposit. If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or less prior to arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged in full. The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures. Check-In & Check-Out Policy: Check-In time is between the hours of 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Check-Out time is any time before 11 a.m.
